Founded in 1990, Kawana Flooring Warehouse is the flagship location for Kawana Flooring. A fully independent, family run business, Kawana Flooring is your go-to flooring supplier on the Sunshine Coast.
We are not governed by any buying group on what products to sell, nor do we have to pay big buying group fees. As a bulk-stock carrier, we buy at excellent prices and we love being able to pass these savings on to you.
And now, with the addition of our second location in Warana, Kawana Flooring & Interiors, we also offer the public affordable options for interiors and exteriors, including blinds, curtains and artificial grass.

Ryan, based at Kawana Flooring Warehouse, is the manager Director and co-owner of both businesses. He loves the dynamics of his team, as well as working in an ever-changing industry. Driven by hard work, loyalty and respect, Ryan aims to make it a place his team want to come to each day, where they have fun and gain a sense of achievement.

Jamin - Store Manager KFI
Jamin is the Store Manager at Kawana Flooring & Interiors. He has been with the business for over 5 years, and previously worked as a carpet installer. Jamin prides himself on being very customer-service focused, and only recommends products that he would put in his own home. Married with children, Jamin loves anything to do with classic cars or motor spots.

To start the process, we invite you to our showroom for an obligation-free chat about your needs. We can look through our selection, offer advice and answer any questions you might have to ensure we come to the perfect solution based on your design preference.

Whether it be for a small domestic application or larger commercial application, we have a huge range and unbeatable prices. We don’t expect you to come to a decision straight away though and we ensure we will be there for you every step of the way!
Step 3: Site Check & Quote
We want to make sure every job is done correctly from start to finish! Sometimes this means ensuring the moisture, floor levels and products are all working logistically for your situation. And this is why we ALWAYS do a FREE site check!
Step 4: Installation
Once we have decided on the perfect solution for you we arrange the installation at a time and day that suits your situation.
Step 5: Completion

Previously known as Supa Floors & Interiors, the business has recently joined the Kawana Flooring family.
Established in 1996, the Supa Floors & Interiors business spanned three family generations, supplying affordable flooring and interiors to residential, retail and government clients.
The business changed ownership in 2019, and over the last few months has been getting a “makeover”, turning it into the second location for Kawana Flooring, specialising in:
